Research On The Predicament And Outlet Of Farmers’ Ideological And Political Education In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Farmers’ ideological and political education is an indispensable and important part of the rural work for the Communist Party of China.To comprehensively implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we should give prominence to the ideological and political education of farmers.By giving play to the role of ideological and political education among farmers,we will mobilize their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,and unite the common strength of farmers,so as to form a majestic force to promote rural revitalization.This is not only the proper meaning of rural revitalization,but also the only way to realize rural revitalization.At present,farmers’ ideological and political education has encountered many difficulties.First,the foundation of some rural collective economies is weak,the overall level of farmers’ ideological and political education is restricted,and the human resources on which they rely are insufficient.Second,some rural grassroots party organizations are weak and scattered,farmers do not have a strong sense of participation in political life,and the influence and cohesion of the organizations on which farmers’ ideological and political education is based are insufficient,resulting in the effect of education being affected.Third,some rural areas are affected by backward and vulgar culture,local culture is gradually declining,the leading force of socialist core values is not strong,the cultural resources that can be used for reference have decreased for farmers’ ideological and political education,and the mainstream ideology has been diluted.Fourth,a large number of people from rural areas have been exodus,the problem of “three left-behind” is prominent,and public services are not perfect,which has increased the difficulty of ideological and political education for farmers.The dilemma of farmers’ ideological and political education will inevitably affect the implementation process of rural revitalization.Therefore,from the perspective of rural revitalization,it is the theme of this study to explore the dilemma of farmers’ ideological and political education and how to break through these dilemmas.The paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of research,the current status of research at home and abroad,the research methods,innovations and related concepts.The second part is the theoretical basis,historical investigation and contemporary value of farmers’ ideological and political education.The third part takes Y County as a case study to understand the current situation of ideological and political education,and summarize the achievements and shortcomings of farmers’ ideological and political education.The fourth part is the dilemma of farmers’ ideological and political education,based on microscopic investigation,pointing out the general dilemma encountered by farmers’ ideological and political education at present,and focusing on the dilemma in in rural economy,politics,culture,and social and people’s livelihood.The fifth part is the countermeasures to get out of the plight of farmers’ ideological and political education,mainly including five aspects:First,follow to the principles of farmers’ ideological and political education;Second,consolidate the economic foundation of farmers’ ideological and political education;Third,improve the organizational guarantee for farmers’ ideological and political education;Fourth,optimize the environment for farmers’ ideological and political education.Fifth,improve ways and means of farmers’ ideological and political education.
