Research On The Integration Of The Spirit Of Combating The Covid-19 Epidemic Into Ideological And Political Education Of College Studenents

The Communist Party of China has united and led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country,working together,fearing no difficulties,daring to struggle and win,and has won a major victory in the fight against the COVID-19,forming the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic of "people’s lives first,nationwide solidarity,sacrifice,respecting science,and a sense of mission for humanity".The great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic is the enrichment and development of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists and a vivid interpretation of the Chinese spirit in the new era.A man cannot stand without spirit,and a country cannot be strong without spirit.The party and the state have always attached importance to the inheritance and promotion of spirits,emphasizing the leading role of spirits in people’s thought and behavior.Integrating the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic into the ideological and political education of college students can not only help cultivate and carry forward the spirit among college students,but also promote the innovative development of the theory and practice of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.There is connection between the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic and the ideological and political education in universities.The integration of the spirit into college students’ Ideological and political education will help to enrich the content of College Students’ Ideological and political education,broaden the carrier of College Students’ Ideological and political education and enhance the appeal of College Students’ Ideological and political education;It is helpful to carry forward and cultivate the spirit among college students,guide the mainstream value trend of society,and improve the effectiveness of the cultivation and promotion of the spirit.The integration of the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic into the ideological and political education in universities has achieved some results,but there are still some problems.It has promoted college students’ humanistic feelings,condensed college students’ sense of unity,shaped college students’ indomitable will,promoted college students’ scientific belief,cultivated college students’ responsibility.However,The connotation of the spirit needs to be further explored,the integration of the spirit into Curriculum Ideology and Politics needs to be expanded,the theme education and practice activities of the spirit need to be enriched,and the self-education of college students needs to be improved.Based on the connection and current situation of integrating the spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic into college students’ Ideological and political education,this paper studies the countermeasures from three aspects: path,means and methods.The path is to grasp the main channel of Ideological and political theory course,integrate the spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic into the university campus culture,innovate online education by using the advantages of network and expand practical education by using the practice of fighting against COVID-19;By means of telling anti epidemic stories,Compiling the anti spirit into teaching materials,honoring heroes and guiding voluntary service with anti epidemic spirit;The methods are the comparison of the practice of fighting against COVID-19 at home and abroad,the combination of indoctrination and inspiration,the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of explicit and implicit.This study attempts to provide a new research perspective,theoretical support and countermeasure reference for inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic and promoting the innovative development of College Students’ Ideological and political education.
