| In recent years,governments at all levels have made full use of Internet information technology to continue to explore new models of government management at the grass-roots level and serving the masses,promote functional transformation and efficiency improvement,and improve the level of social governance.As an important group organization,the trade union also needs to actively explore how to better provide services for employees by building an "Internet +" service-oriented trade union platform and using Internet technology,so as to promote its transformation to a "service-oriented trade union" and identify a new public service model that meets the needs of employees in the new era.Based on the theories of new public service and service-oriented government,through a variety of research methods,such as literature research,field investigation,case analysis,etc.,this paper selects Zhuzhou Federation of trade unions,where I work,as a typical case study object,and studies and analyzes the current situation,practices and results of the construction of the "Internet +" service-oriented trade union platform of Zhuzhou Federation of trade unions by issuing questionnaires and retrieving background data.It is found that in the process of building the "Internet +" service-oriented trade union platform,Zhuzhou Federation of trade unions has some common problems,such as incomplete preliminary planning of the platform,lack of data integration,weak employee participation,and potential network security risks.It is analyzed that the reasons for these problems are the lack of top-level design,insufficient information opening,lack of pertinence of platform content,and lack of strategic planning for network security,And put forward opinions and suggestions on the optimization of the future platform from the aspects of top-level design,content construction,platform linkage,network security,especially how to improve the planning ability and service ability. |
