Job burnout refers to the physical and mental exhaustion of individuals under high-intensity work pressure.It is a common workplace phenomenon in modern society.Due to the particularity of work,the prison police have been in a high-pressure and high-risk professional state with closed environment,heavy tasks and single life for a long time.The phenomenon of job burnout is more common,which has a negative impact on the stability and development of the prison team.Firstly,based on the existing research,this paper analyzes the research status of prison police job burnout at home and abroad,defines the concepts of prison police and job burnout,and deeply discusses the relevant theories,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research of prison police job burnout.Secondly,taking F prison as an example,through the questionnaire survey of 270 police in F prison,the data are analyzed by SPSS statistical software,and the differences are tested from demographic variables such as gender,age,police age,position and educational background,so as to analyze the correlation between the psychological health status of police and the level of job burnout,so as to understand the degree of job burnout of police in F prison;On the basis of field interviews with 13 police in F prison,it is found that the police in F prison have the phenomenon of job burnout,such as physical and mental fatigue,low professional identity and low work enthusiasm.The reasons are as follows: the police in F prison have incomplete professional cognition,high individual expectation and improper self adjustment;closed working environment,heavy responsibilities,vague job responsibilities and closed duty mode;narrow promotion path,mismatch between personnel and posts,imperfect management mechanism and assessment mechanism;imperfect laws and regulations,low social recognition,insufficient community care,etc.In view of these problems,finally,under the guidance of two factor theory and job matching theory,this paper puts forward intervention strategies to eliminate F prison police job burnout from three aspects: improving personal comprehensive quality,optimizing organizational management and building social support system.
