Research On Evolution Mechanism And Governance Strategy Of Network Public Opinion Of Public Emergencies

Since entering the new era,China has gradually stepped from an Internet power to an Internet power.The Internet has provided a convenient channel for the general public to express their opinions and thoughts.However,the government has less experience in dealing with the network public opinions of public emergencies,and the network information of public emergencies is difficult to distinguish between true and false,and the good and bad are mixed.Extreme information or wrong information is more likely to attract the attention of netizens,posing new challenges to the governance of network public opinions of public emergencies.How to govern the network public opinion of public emergencies has become a major issue that the government urgently needs to solve.In Changsha city of Cargo Lala girl jump car incident as a case,the sudden public events caused by the network public opinion as the research object,the research results at home and abroad for reference,and the use of related theory,on the basis of discussion of Changsha happen how typical public emergency of network public opinion evolution,and summing up the evolution mechanism of public emergency network public opinion,From the main starting point of how the Changsha government governs,this paper puts forward the strategy of how the government governs the network public opinion of public emergencies.The research shows that the evolution mechanism of network public opinion of sudden public events acts on the public opinion subject,the public opinion object and the public opinion environment respectively,which is mainly divided into formation mechanism,rising mechanism and digestion mechanism,jointly forming the logical relationship of the evolution mechanism of network public opinion of sudden public events.Based on the three evolution mechanisms,this paper puts forward the governance strategies of public emergency network public opinion,which are to seize the communication highland in the formation stage,establish the authority image in the rising stage,and guard against the repetition of public opinion in the digestion stage.
