With the development of computer technology,e-government service platform system is constantly presented in front of people.Aiming at the pain points existing in the current e-government system on the market,such as low scalability of service handling,difficult communication between service handling parties,and difficult online of some services,this paper designs and implements the Veterans Service Platform System Based on the actual needs proposed by the Bureau of Veterans Affairs,combined with intelligent recommendation and virtual reality technology,It solves some problems existing in the e-government system and improves the efficiency of the Department and the user experience.Firstly,this paper designs the business requirements and project architecture of the Veterans Service platform system,and divides the project into two parts: the service platform PC-side management system and the service portal system.Secondly,this paper describes the design and implementation of management system and portal system.The management system is based on the Spring Boot framework and uses Redis,Netty,Zookeeper and intelligent recommendation algorithm to complete the development of business requirements of each module,mainly including security management module,business management module,business application approval center,employment and entrepreneurship module,employment advertising recommendation module and business consulting service module.The portal system is based on the development of We Chat official account,which is divided into business service handling module and veterans welfare and preferential treatment module.At the same time,3DS Max,Unity3 D and virtual reality technology are used to complete the development of the function of the virtual theme venue for retired soldiers.Then,aiming at the problem of collision detection in virtual scene,explore the algorithm that is conducive to improving the real-time performance of collision detection: Starting from the collision detection algorithm based on AABB hierarchical bounding box,a sorting preprocessing AABB hierarchical bounding box collision detection algorithm is proposed,which improves the real-time performance of coarse-grained collision detection phase by26.7%;At the same time,PSO algorithm is used to optimize the fine detection process,forming a sorting preprocessing AABB hierarchical bounding box collision detection algorithm based on PSO,the real-time performance of the fine collision detection phase is improved by 52.4%.Conclusively,the algorithm is applied to the actual project.Finally,the main work of this paper is summarized and the relevant prospects are put forward.This paper designs and implements the Veterans Service platform system,which has passed the functional and non functional tests,and runs stably online,which has been unanimously affirmed by relevant units and users.The research results of this paper have certain significance for e-government service of retired soldiers.
