Research On The Improvement Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Ability

Since the reform of accredited institutions of discipline inspection and supervision,the academic research on accredited institutions has increased sharply,with a large number of eyes focusing on the institutional mechanism of accredited institutions,but few people focusing on the supervision ability of accredited institutions.Based on the theory of competency building and party and government supervision,this paper takes the discipline inspection and supervision capacity of accredited supervision in C city as a case and uses research methods such as interview,questionnaire survey,literature analysis and comparative analysis to explore the improvement path of discipline inspection and supervision capacity of accredited supervision.The diagnostic system of discipline inspection,supervision and stationing supervision ability was explored,that is,the performance of stationing supervision ability was evaluated by engaging in three different supervision processes before,during and after the event.The investigation and analysis found that the discipline inspection,supervision and stationing supervision ability of C city was deficient in three aspects,and factors such as subjective consciousness,single means of supervision,and improper system and mechanism were the reasons for the insufficiency of capacity.According to the diagnosis results and attribution of difficulties of discipline inspection and stationed supervision ability of C City,this paper proposes three ways to enhance stationed supervision ability at the same time in three different time sequences: pre-supervision,in-process supervision and post-supervision.Among them,the improvement of pre-supervision ability focuses on daily supervision and supervision and inspection.The focus of the improvement of the supervision ability lies in the handling of letters and visits,handling of clues and investigation,and the focus of the improvement of the post-supervision ability lies in accurate accountability and clean government education.In this paper,the research for the disciplinary inspection and supervision stationed institutions to further deepen the reform provides a vivid case,at the same time proposed in supervision of discipline inspection ability diagnosis system and promote path can be stationed institutions to provide the reference for other areas,according to the results of diagnosis in monitoring ability,choose the right path and the corresponding measures,in ascension in supervision and ability to improve supervision quality at the same time.
