| Resident supervision is an indispensable part of national supervision and an important way for the Party to implement clean governance construction.Since the 18th National Congress,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has increased its investment in supervision,made efforts to build an authoritative,efficient,and comprehensive supervision mechanism,and actively promoted the construction of accredited institutions.The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of A city have actively explored the reform of the local disciplinary inspection and supervision system,promoted the full coverage reform of accredited institutions,and made positive progress.However,the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system is not achieved overnight.Although the basic framework is relatively complete,there are still some defects and shortcomings in the actual work of fulfilling functions.This article mainly explores the performance of the functions of the L Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group accredited by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of A city.This group is comprehensively accredited to supervise the municipal bureau of housing and urban-rural development,the municipal bureau of natural resources and planning,the municipal national defense mobilization office,covering almost the entire life cycle of municipal engineering construction projects.It plays a significant role in analyzing the problems of dispatching discipline inspection and supervision institutions in municipal engineering construction,and helps to improve the performance of the discipline inspection and supervision institutions in A City’s engineering construction,Further focusing on the main responsibilities and businesses,highlighting the effectiveness of supervision,can provide reference basis for other regions to carry out dispatch work,and better play the supervisory role of accredited institutions.The article mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview,and case analysis methods to conduct research,and takes the L Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group accredited by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of A City as the research object.Starting from institutional settings,responsibilities and authorities,and performance procedures,the article summarizes the main practices and experiences of the group in promoting the dispatch of integrity supervision work.The main problems faced in the implementation of integrity supervision work in engineering construction are still inadequate performance of the integrity supervision function,low ability to fulfill duties,lack of close communication and cooperation between integrity supervisors,and inadequate methods of integrity supervision.In response to the above issues,combined with theory and the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision in A city’s engineering construction,it was found that the main causes of the problems are uneven quality of the supervision team,poor linkage of the guidance system,incomplete supervision system,and weak ideological awareness.Finally,based on the causes of the problem,strategies such as "deepening and strengthening the responsibilities of accredited integrity supervision,improving the comprehensive quality of accredited integrity supervision personnel,innovating the methods of accredited integrity supervision,and encouraging the construction of a new pattern of accredited integrity supervision with collaborative participation of social forces" were proposed to better solve the problem of disciplinary inspection and supervision in A city,and improve the efficiency of engineering construction accredited integrity supervision and management.With the continuous development of politics,economy and society,the people’s demands for the political and economic environment are becoming higher and higher.In the face of the current stage of post office reform,new difficulties and problems are constantly emerging.However,I believe that under the correct leadership of the Party and government,we can further promote the standardization,rule of law,and regularization of post office work,and promote the high-quality development of accredited institutions supervision work in the new era. |
