| Because of its good flexibility,high mobility,point-to-point delivery,free time arrangement and other reasons,car travel occupies a very large proportion in People’s Daily travel mode,which plays a huge role in promoting local economic development and enriching people’s life style.However,in recent years,the adverse effects of all kinds of bad weather on expressway traffic have occurred from time to time,which is extremely inconsistent with the growing demand of people’s travel by means of expressway.Taking Changde section of Erguang Expressway as an example,this paper conducts a standardized study on emergency handling of expressway traffic caused by bad weather by using structural interview method and case analysis method.The study found that the traffic police and other departments based on reducing the negative impact of fog,freezing,heavy rain and other bad weather which affecting Erguang expressway traffic,but carried out expressway emergency handling measures are still facing many problems.Emergency plan is the key link in solving the problem of emergency disposal,only the optimization of emergency plan contents,improve contingency ability,perfect the emergency treatment of the overall construction strategy,to resolve related departments in highway traffic emergency disposal measures are faced with the problem,is likely to improve the response to the bad weather caused the highway traffic accident emergency disposal ability and strengthen the emergency disposal effect,In order to integrate the emergency plan system into the overall framework of national security concept. |
