| Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Norway in 1954,their relations have gone through ups and downs.Over the past 60 years,China Norway relations have experienced twists and turns.From 2010 to 2016,the two countries severed political ties,and by2017,after China Norway resumed diplomatic relations,the relationship between the two countries had ushered in its best era.Although the overall relationship between China and Norway is improving,due to historical and practical factors,the diplomacy of the two countries still faces many challenges.Discussing the bilateral relationship and cooperation between China and Norway from the perspective of national interests not only has certain theoretical significance,but also has important practical significance.The bilateral interaction between politics and economy is the keynote of China Norway relations.However,the relationship between China and Nordic countries is influenced by both the interests and needs of countries such as politics,economy,security,and culture,as well as external factors such as geopolitical and major country influence.The mainstream analysis of China Norway relations is based on a realistic perspective of research on a single issue or field,lacking comprehensive research from the political,economic,and social levels,and a lack of holistic research.This article attempts to analyze the bilateral relations and cooperation models between China and Norway from the perspectives of national interests,including politics,security,economy,and culture.This article mainly studies the determination of the national interests and influencing factors of the two countries in China Norway relations and bilateral cooperation,and how these factors affect their diplomatic strategies and have an impact on bilateral relations and cooperation.Through analysis,it was found that in the interaction between China and Norway,economic and political interests are the core interests at the intersection of the two countries.However,conflicts between political,security,and cultural interests between the two countries can also threaten the normal development of their relations,and even lead to the stagnation of bilateral relations.The foreign policies and diplomatic ideas of the two countries have set the tone for bilateral relations,and the potential risks in the development of bilateral relations include both forces from the Norwegian people and the influence of major powers such as the United States. |
