| In the fast-paced social environment,especially during the epidemic home study period,the incidents of students’ psychological trauma are gradually attracting social attention.Compared to family and society,schools are more professional in nurturing people and students spend most of their time at school,thus making it easier for schools to manage mental health education.However,the survey found that there are common problems in school management.For example,the mental health education work in many schools is formal,the psychological teachers’ own psychological condition is worrying,the role of training is difficult to give full play to,and there is an imbalance of development between schools.Based on this,this paper takes District C of City S as an example,firstly,we initially counted the data related to the management of mental health education in nine high schools in the district,and took four of the most typical schools as samples,distributed questionnaires to the administrators of the four schools,and conducted a differential analysis around teachers’ knowledge of the organizational leadership,conditions and guarantees,implementation paths,and assessment effectiveness of school mental health education work,and found that the high schools in the district We found the following areas for improvement in the management of mental health education in the district’s high schools: unscientific construction of the curriculum system,imperfect construction of specialized teams,inadequate training,and inadequate referral of problem students.In the hope that by building a scientific and standardized curriculum system,improving the construction of professional teams,establishing an effective training system,and improving the linkage mechanism between home,school,and medicine,the overall management level of mental health education in non-model schools can be improved,the mental health level of high school students in the region can be improved,and the mental health level of psychology teachers can be improved.mental health level of regional high school students and improve the social status of psychological teachers. |
