Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with the deepening of comprehensiveland and strict governance,the financial anti-corruption has been intensified.The basic-based inspection team has become a key factor to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection work,as well as an important force to maintain the integrity of regional financial offices and promote economic development.Since the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in 2019,Qinghai Branch of Bank G,a large state-owned financial institution,has done a lot of work in the construction of the discipline inspection cadre team,but there are still weaknesses in.the construction of the team organization,the supervision ability needs to be strengthened,and the implementation effect needs to be improved.The team management work is studied and analyzed.The research found that G bank Qinghai Branch discipline inspection cadre team management in planning,division of labor,recruitment and promotion,training and development,examination and supervision,ability training are problems,the county reason is that the leadership system independence is not enough to affect the actual effect of team management,because the external rescue mechanism is not hard to show the enthusiasm of cadres work,lack of identity system and maintenance of comprehensive quality improvement Building points to the existing full spectrum and advanced experience in the financial industry,from strengthening the independence and effectiveness of the supervision force,overall planning of the long-termand normative talent selection card,strengthening the multi-directional and long-termincentive mechanism,strengthening the discipline inspection team’s sense of mission and specialization and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,focusing on solving the situation requirements and organizational construction,to practice needs and team capacity between the contradiction Force to build a high political quality,loyal,clean and responsible,strong professional ability,dare to show the struggle of the plateau discipline inspection iron army,for G Bank Qinghai Branch high-quality development to create a good political ecology,to further promote the anti-corruption in the financial field to provide a strong impetus.
