| At present,China is in the critical period of reform and transformation.The main social contradiction has changed.The people’s demand for a better life has become the main theme.The quality of public security affects the development of urban economy and also becomes an important basis for measuring the development of a city.Under the situation of the limitation of the establishment of the public security police,the police auxiliary personnel,as the auxiliary force to assist the public security organs,have played an important role in maintaining the urban stability and social order.In recent years,China’s developed cities have gradually accepted the police auxiliary personnel and allowed them to be transferred from off-staff members to in-staff ones and gradually explored them.However,there are still some problems in daily management.Therefore,exploring how to improve the management of police auxiliary personnel in public security organs plays an important role in strengthening the governance of social security.By using the methods of literature research,observation and case analysis,this thesis will take District A of Changchun as an example to study the problems and optimization of the management of public security police auxiliary personnel.Firstly,it combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the management of police auxiliary personnel and analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of it.On this basis,this thesis studies the current situation of the management of police auxiliary personnel in District A of Changchun,and finds the problems in the management of police auxiliary personnel in combination with the actual situation.Finally,the management of auxiliary police personnel will be strengthened and optimized by establishing a unified and standardized management system,improving the recruitment system for auxiliary policy,clarifying the rights and responsibilities for a good performance management,strengthening the training of auxiliary police,and optimizing the welfare security of auxiliary police personnel. |
