Study On The International Cooperation Mechanism Of Chinese Marine Police In Maritime Rights Protection And Law Enforcement

With the large-scale development and utilization of land resources,marine resources have gradually entered the vision of the global people,countries have begun to develop rich marine resources.The exploitation and utilization of marine resources is bound to lead to crimes at sea,so we must improve the international cooperation mechanism of law enforcement at sea as soon as possible.This paper analyzes and discusses the international cooperation mechanism of the Chinese Marine Police for maritime rights protection and law enforcement.Through combing the theory,practice and legal basis of the international cooperation mechanism for marine rights protection and law enforcement,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement in view of the various problems of the international cooperation mechanism for maritime rights protection and law enforcement of the Chinese Marine Police.In theory,it enriches the research on the maritime rights protection and law enforcement functions of the Chinese Marine Police and the research on its international cooperation system,with a view to this article.The theoretical research on the international cooperation mechanism for maritime rights protection and law enforcement of the Chinese Marine Police can provide direction and ensure the smooth development of international cooperation in maritime rights protection and law enforcement.The research starts from the concept of international cooperation mechanism for maritime rights protection and law enforcement of the Chinese Maritime Police,and adopts the methods of literature research and comparative analysis to interpret the characteristics,principles and current situation of the international cooperation mechanism for maritime rights protection and law enforcement of the Chinese Maritime Police and analyse the problems of it.The root of these problems lies in the long-standing existence of disputed sea areas between countries,the fragmentation of maritime law enforcement forces and the fact that countries do not have the same expectations for international cooperation in maritime rights protection and law enforcement.The Chinese Maritime Police need to enhance the operability of international law,to realise the convergence between domestic law and international law,to establish an intelligence sharing mechanism,to establish a conflict resolution mechanism and to expand the field of cooperation..
