Research On The CPC Jumping Out Of The Historical Cycle Rate

The issue of historical cycle rate is a historical problem that has plagued the Chinese nation for thousands of years.Before the Communist Party of China,the feudal landowning class and the bureaucratic bourgeoisie were not able to escape the historical phenomena of rise and fall of rule and chaos due to their class limitations.On the basis of his partial rule in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia Border Region,Mao Zedong gave the first answer to break out of the cycle rate of history,namely the new path of "democracy".After the practice of jumping out of the historical cycle since the 18 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has given a second "answer",namely,self-revolution.This article examines the CPC’s quest to break out of the cycle rate of history and sorts out the historical experience of a century of exploration,with the intention of contributing to the new era of the CPC overcoming risky challenges and constantly moving from victory to triumph.This article uses historical research,documentary analysis and systematic analysis,and aims to achieve long-term party rule.It cross-fuses basic theories from different disciplines such as political science,history and economics,and follows the research line of theoretical analysis-historical investigation-status quo analysis-path selection to build the basic framework of the article.Chapter 1,the necessity of the Chinese Communist Party exploring the need to jump out of the historical cycle rate is explored at two levels: the theoretical basis and the practical need.It sorts out the ideas of classic Marxist writers on breaking out of the historical cycle rate,the ancient Chinese ideas on ruling the country by breaking out of the historical cycle rate,reviews the question of thehistorical cycle rate raised by Huang Yanpei and other people outside the Party to the CPC in Yan’an and clarifies the great vision of the Chinese Communist Party to achieve long-term governance,providing a basis for motivation to continue exploring ways to break out of the historical cycle.Chapter 2,the historical exploration of the Chinese Communist Party to break out of the cycle rate of history is sorted out.The five generations of central leadership,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,have worked in succession to put forward and promote the great project of party building and come up with the two "answers" of democracy and self-revolution,laying a solid political foundation for the CPC to achieve long-term rule and providing an advanced Chinese solution for the world’s political parties to break the cycle rate of history.Chapter 3,the risks and tests faced by the CPC in the new era to break out of the historical cycle rate are presented.Half of the people who have embarked on a one hundred mile journey may fall by the way side.The CPC faces the test of solving the unique problems of a large party,the test of implementing people’s democracy in practice,the test of solving the major social contradictions and the test of the continued increase in the instability and uncertainty of external risks on the road to breaking out of the historical cycle rate in the new era.Chapter 4,new thoughts are given on stepping out of the historical cycle rate in the new era.It explores the solution to the risks and tests faced by the CPC in the newera from four aspects: continuing to adhere to theoretical innovation,promoting the close integration of the two "answers",correctly handling the major social contradictions and actively dealing with external risks,in order to promote the process of breaking out of the historical cycle rate and thus achieving long-term governance.
