International Disorder,Experience Of Disorder And Reconstruction Of East Asian Regional Order

The East Asian regional order is a topic that has attracted much attention in the field of international relations.This paper chooses to explore the reconstruction of East Asian regional order from the perspective of international disorder.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part aims to define the core concepts of this paper and build an analysis framework.Firstly,it discusses and distinguishes the concepts of international order and regional order,so as to clarify what the East Asian regional order discussed in this paper is.On this basis,an analytical framework with basic logic is established that "international disorder creates space for order remodeling,and the experience of disorder provides impetus for international order remodeling".The second part analyzes the reshaping process in the historical evolution of East Asian regional order from the perspective of denial and disorder.Historically,East Asia experienced the transition from the tributary order centered on the ancient Central Plains Dynasty to the colonial order dominated by Western powers in modern times,and from the colonial order to the Cold War order of bipolar confrontation.And after the collapse of the Cold War order,the composite order form gradually appeared three times,characterized by the "dual pattern" of economy and security,so the East Asian regional order has undergone three fundamental reshaping.On the one hand,this part is devoted to describing the disorder picture and the logic of order reconstruction in East Asia.On the other hand,it focuses on extracting the disorder experience.The third part uses the analysis framework of international disorder,experience of disorder and reconstruction of international order established in the first part to investigate the East Asian regional order in the current period: firstly,grasp the composite form of the current East Asian regional order;Secondly,based on the extraction and summary of the experience of the disorder in East Asia in the past part,the author analyzes the role of the disorder experience in East Asia in the current period.Finally,it discusses the disorder in the current East Asian regional order and how to create space for the reconstruction of the order,as well as the possible influence of the contemporary disorder experience on the futural East Asian regional order.
