Design Of The Integrated Management System For Handling Cases In A Police Station Of The A Municipal Public Security Bureau

For the majority of law enforcement agencies and law enforcement personnel,there are problems such as imperfect facilities and insufficient intelligence in the construction of case handling agencies.Therefore,in order to improve the construction level of case handling agencies,make the case handling sites and facilities more information-based and intelligent,improve the efficiency of the majority of personnel,and ultimately make the case handling of the majority of law enforcement personnel more convenient,this study is based on IOT(Internet of Things)and cloud platform management,Face contrast analysis,video intelligent analysis,recognition and early warning and other related technologies have designed a comprehensive case handling management system consisting of four parts: law enforcement,command,research and judgment,case file management,and financial management.The law enforcement and case handling center of the integrated case handling management system,according to the requirements of the police station of the Public Security Bureau,has used monitoring equipment,positioning equipment,alarm equipment,interrogation and signature recording equipment and face access control equipment in the reception and registration area,personal safety inspection room,information collection room,interrogation room,interrogation(inquiry)room,special interrogation(inquiry)room,remote interrogation room,detention house interrogation room,identification room and other places,In addition,the technology required by the design system is divided into six functional modules to achieve the functions of process control,site management,personnel positioning,law enforcement audio and video data management,video and system operation and maintenance,so as to facilitate the control and management of the case handling center.The command,research and judgment center of the system monitors the entire law enforcement case handling center and helps the police to query information,analyze and warn about abnormal behaviors according to the needs of the system.It uses splicing screens,decoders,speakers,monitoring and other equipment at the command center,and uses relevant technologies to realize video patrol,video playback,TV wall control,one file for one case,control and alarm,command,research and judgment and other functions in six functional modules.The file management center mainly uses RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology to identify the electronic tags on the file,and uses intelligent file cabinets,card issuers,fingerprint meters and other equipment to store and manage the file safely and effectively.It also uses six functional modules to realize the visualization homepage,file management,case management,early warning and reminder,statistical analysis,Remote counting(counting the number of case files)and other functions.The financial management center involved in the case needs to store and manage the articles involved in the case.By using RFID radio frequency identification technology,RFID barcode labels are attached to the articles in the warehouse.The number,number and details of the articles in and out of the warehouse are automatically identified through the material evidence management workbench.The safe storage of the articles is realized through the material evidence cabinet.The inventory of the articles in the warehouse is realized through RFID handheld devices(used to identify RFID barcode labels),The channel door,camera and other auxiliary equipment are used to remind and collect material evidence by mistake,and six modules are used to realize warehouse in,warehouse out and disposal management,inventory and document early warning management,remote evidence demonstration,comprehensive query and statistics and other functions.This dissertation finally realized a comprehensive case handling management system based on IOT to conduct comprehensive management,operation and maintenance for the comprehensive case handling management center integrating the law enforcement case handling center,command,research and judgment center,case file management center and financial management center involved in the case.The system met the actual needs of the public security organs for law enforcement and case handling,and the safety and reliability of the system management were guaranteed through the high-voltage test of functions and multiple visits.The system has achieved good results in the final use.Figure [113] Table [18] Reference [80]...
