Research On Embedded Governance Of Student Community In D University Of Dongguan

In recent years,with the focus of the state on the ideological and political work and personnel training in colleges and universities,the emphasis of the society on the quality of personnel output in colleges and universities,and the advancement of the reform of personnel training in colleges and universities,the university student community becomes the front position to create the three-all-round education pattern.At present,the logic of college students’ community governance has changed,from only providing knowledge imparting to realizing three-all-round education,which should be student-centered,problem-oriented and demand-oriented to reshape the internal organization order of student community.However,trapped in the traditional logic of“Technology management”,most colleges and universities still regard the student community governance as an extension of the school administrative system on the basis of hierarchy and on the premise of controllability,therefore,the vitality of the student community is restrained.Therefore,in order to achieve the good effect of embedded governance,we must change the student community governance mechanism from vertical management to matrix governance,and actively realize the benign development of student community governance,it provides new ideas and practical paths for college students’ community governance,and enriches the connotation of social governance.This paper takes the student community governance of D University in Dongguan as the research object,using the method of case study,through questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot observation and literature review,etc.,from the perspective of embedded governance and the connotation of student community development,this paper expounds the measures and effects of embedded governance of student community in D University of Dongguan.D school starts with direct embedding and indirect embedding,from the structure and relations,politics and culture to carry on the embedded governance to the student community: the clear structure localization,the activation interaction relations,the consummation system mechanism,the construction cultural atmosphere,many measures,the human-oriented,promoting the innovation of embedded governance of student community,optimizing the governance system of student community service,promoting the return of the value of student community service,and further enhancing the endogenous motivation of student community.It is found that there are some problems in the student community governance of D University in Dongguan,such as unclear structure,insufficient interaction,incomplete system guarantee and insufficient cultural cohesion.Based on the connotation of the development of student community,this paper analyzes the function of student community,the viscosity of relationship,the Institutional mechanisms and the cultural spirit,to optimize the path of embedded governance of Dongguan D University student community from the perspective of structure,relationship,politics and culture: to enhance the capacity of community governance through direct embeddedness,to clarify the boundary of the main responsibility,strengthen the role of the main body of space,dilute the color of administrative management and maintain the independence of social workers;Improving the structure of community interaction,encouraging students to participate widely and improving the depth of mutual services;from the angle of indirect embeddedness,enhancing the institutional arrangement of community governance by political embeddedness,improve the top-level design,build a multi-consultation mechanism and feedback mechanism;To enrich the cultural content with the guidance of demand,to build the community brand with the guidance of goal,to integrate the red resources with the guidance of local,to optimize the embedded governance path of student community,and to promote the return of the value of student community service.
