Network ethics self-discipline is people’s self-restraint on their own network behavior,using the network reasonably and consciously abiding by the network behavior norms.With the advent of the information age,the Internet has an important impact on people’s lives.The virtual and invisible nature of the Internet has put forward extremely high requirements for individual moral self-discipline.College students after "00" are the backbone of the future development of the country and the participants of the socialist modernization construction.The level of their moral self-discipline on the Internet is not only related to the overall development of individuals,but also to the construction of Internet civilization.Since the18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of network civilization and made network civilization an important element in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the construction of a strong network country."What is the current situation of online moral self-discipline among post-"00"college students? How to improve the level of moral self-discipline of post-"00" college students on the Internet? These are the key concerns of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the practical problems that need to be solved.This paper insists on the guidance of Marxist theory,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interdisciplinary research method,and analyzes the overall situation,problems and causes of online moral self-discipline of post-"00" college students.Through sorting and analyzing the current situation of online moral self-discipline of post-"00" college students,we found that the overall situation of online moral self-discipline of post-"00" college students is good,which is reflected in the overall good cognitive level of online moral self-discipline,the overall strong awareness of online safety prevention,and the rational behavior of online moral self-discipline,The overall situation of online moral self-discipline of post-"00" college students is good,which is reflected in the overall good level of online moral self-discipline awareness,strong awareness of online safety,rational behavior of online moral self-discipline and good learning trend of online moral selfdiscipline.However,with the development of the Internet,some post-"00" college students’ Internet moral self-discipline began to show such phenomena as cognitive bias of Internet moral self-discipline,insufficient emotional self-awareness,weak Internet willpower,weakened awareness of Internet responsibility and excessive Internet behavior.After tracing the root cause,it is found that it is mainly caused by the unbalanced development of "00" college students’ own online moral literacy,the lack of online moral self-discipline and rule of law education in colleges and universities,and the negative influence of complex environment.Based on the current problems of online moral self-discipline of some "00" college students,this paper takes the three levels of individuals,colleges and universities and society as the starting point to strengthen the online moral literacy of "00" college students themselves,strengthen education and campus network management in colleges and universities,and build a good online environment in society,The paper proposes practical countermeasures to improve the level of online moral self-discipline of the post-"00" college students,starting from specific measures such as strengthening their own online moral literacy,strengthening education and campus network management in colleges and universities,and building a good online environment in society.
