The Effect Of Entrepreneurship On Enterprise Growth

Since modern times,Tianjin has been a commercial port for both domestic and foreign trade,with prosperous commercial development,and there are many potential conditions conducive to commercial development due to its convenient geographical location.However,with the war and the monopoly of bureaucratic capital,under the shroud of the depressed economy,national capital enterprises have been hit and have not been able to recover.As an indispensable part of corporate culture,entrepreneurship plays an important leading role in promoting the economic development of enterprises.The coordinated development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the economy in Tianjin is of great significance to promoting the economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The influence of Chinese entrepreneurial cultural spirit on enterprise development is currently a hot topic of in-depth research in academic circles.In-depth research on the impact of Chinese entrepreneurial cultural spirit on Chinese enterprise development in different regions is concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region.In order to study the effect of entrepreneurial culture on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin,this paper takes the middle and senior managers of some small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin as the research object and adopts quantitative analysis method in empirical analysis to study the effect of entrepreneurial spirit on enterprise growth.Based on the reality,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion and development of the entrepreneurial spirit and corporate culture of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin.According to the summary of the existing literature,the theoretical basic model of this paper is constructed from two levels and four dimensions based on the innovation ability at the level of practical behavior,risk-taking,advanced action,and professional dedication at the level of ethical quality.The research conclusion shows that the professional dedication at the moral level has a significant positive impact on the growth and development of the enterprise organization;entrepreneurship has a positive correlation with the enterprise growth,and the correlation is obvious.The innovation of this study is to make up the research gap of entrepreneurship regionalism,enrich the related research of entrepreneurship regionalism,and has certain practical reference significance.
