| This thesis is a study on the governance of the scientific and technological type of small and medium-sized enterprises. First, the thesis concisely reviews the theory that is involved in the article. On the basis of analysing the characteristics of the scientific and technological type of small and medium-sized enterprises, this article points out that the leading actor of enterprise act the decisive function in the enterprise governance and has expounded the factors influencing the leading actors' bargaining power. Afterwards this article sets up two game models to explain the mechanism of producing of enterprise governance issue. The models prove: the bargaining in the leading actors of enterprise has formed the initial contract, different ownership allocation facilitates the set-up of different kinds of scientific and technological type enterprises; with the resource characteristic of the enterprise changing, the leading actor's bargaining power change. Under the initial contract rigidity restraint, the leading actors of enterprise bargain again at growth stage, the initial contract is revised marginally. The conclusion of the models makes the article have convincingness to the research of the scientific and technological type small and medium-sized enterprise governance even more. The last chapter uses two typical cases to carry on the application analysis of the theory, which makes the article have practice meanings even more. |
