Rural teachers are an important support for the development of higher quality and fairer rural education,and an important force for Promoting Rural Revitalization and realizing educational modernization.Strengthening the construction of rural teachers in the new era is of great significance to promote educational equity,improve the quality of rural education and promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.In recent years,with the support of national policies,especially the implementation of the "special post plan" and "three supports and one assistance" policies,more and more non-normal graduates have entered the ranks of rural teachers.Therefore,non-normal teachers have become an important group that can not be ignored.Although the existence of this group can alleviate the shortage of rural teachers to a certain extent,However,its professional problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to build a targeted and accurate training system to promote the professional development of rural non-normal teachers,so as to improve the rural teaching level and improve the quality of rural education.Based on the Connectivism learning theory,using the methods of literature research and in-depth interview,this study analyzes the current situation of the shortage of rural teachers from the scale and structure of existing rural teachers,and combs and summarizes the teacher qualification access policies,which leads to the value of non-normal teachers,but it also finds that the professional contradictions of non-normal teachers are more prominent.Through the policy combing and field investigation of the existing rural non-normal teacher training system,it is found that the rural teacher training system has many problems,such as weak pertinence,low participation,unable to meet personalized needs and imperfect evaluation mechanism.Non-normal teachers urgently hope to improve their professional level through targeted and differentiated accurate training.In order to further promote the professional development of rural non-normal teachers and promote the quality and efficiency of rural teacher training,this paper constructs an interactive training system of rural non-normal teachers,which is composed of overall design,constituent elements and interactive mechanism,based on the theory of Connectivism,and analyzes its operation and guarantee measures in the specific implementation process.
