Research On Electronic Administrative Examination And Approval Of Market Administrative Supervision Department

The reform of administrative examination and approval system in our country has gone through 20 years,and has become an important starting point to deal with the relationship between the government and market.Since the electronic examination and approval began,governments at all levels have actively explored,expanded the content of administrative examination and approval,deepened the understanding,and innovated constantly in streamlining administration,devolved power,combined regulation and optimized services.Remarkable results have been achieved.H District of S City,as a pilot of electronic administrative examination and approval reform in S City,has been at the forefront of electronic administrative examination and approval reform.Although some successful experiences have been explored in the reform,problems and deficiencies such as the electronic administrative examination and approval personnel reserve is insufficient,the administrative examination and approval system is not perfect,and the platform construction is not perfect.Under the guidance of the holistic governance theory,this paper tries to take the Market Supervision Administration of H District of S City as an example,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,to investigate and study the practice of electronic administrative examination and approval from the grassroots perspective,summarize the existing successful models and experience,investigate and analyze the problems and causes of electronic administrative examination and approval,and finally draw the research conclusion.In order to provide strong practical countermeasures and suggestions for the development of electronic administrative examination and approval.Through improving theconstruction of talent team,establishing the overall linkage examination and approval system,improving the construction of the electronic administrative examination and approval platform and other countermeasures,the problems found are improved.It is hoped that the research in this paper can promote the further high-quality development of electronic administrative examination and approval.
