Ideological leadership is a major theoretical and practical issue to which the ruling party in China must pay great attention.In the era of self-media,with the continuous development of Internet technology and the widespread use of self-media platforms,online self-media,represented by microblogs,We Chat and Jitterbug,has become the most active platform for people to obtain information,express their opinions and communicate,and gradually evolved into one of the important "ideological struggle fields".Compared with the traditional media era,the ideological struggle in the age of self-media is more intense and complex.Therefore,to carry out ideological work in the age of self-media,it is necessary to coordinate the overall situation and also to hit the Internet as a key area.By strengthening the study of China’s network ideological leadership in the era of self-media and responding to the network penetration and challenges of various social trends and Western culture,this paper is of great significance in prioritizing and regulating network ideological security,safeguarding the dominant position of Marxism in cyberspace,and thus maintaining social stability and national security.This paper has four chapters.First,the formation,connotation and characteristics of the era of self-media are explained,and the connotation,characteristics and importance of network ideological leadership are interpreted by sorting out Marxist ideological leadership ideas.Secondly,the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s network ideological leadership in the era of self-media are elaborated.While enjoying the opportunities brought by the self-media platform,information globalization and cultural pluralism,China’s network ideological leadership in the era of self-media also suffers from its accompanying challenges.These include: the proliferation of network information and the alienation of network technological;the amplification of the freedom,interactivity and entertainment of self-media;Internet opinion crisis increment;the influx of diverse social trends and the infiltration of Western culture.Again,the reasons for the challenges to China’s network ideological leadership in the era of self-media are analyzed.The internal causes include: the network influence of Marxist ideological theory needs to be strengthened;the lack of network ideological leadership ability of party cadres;the imperfect network legislation and management system related to self-media platforms.External factors include: Western countries’ use of network technology to implement technological hegemony;Western countries’ ideological infiltration through self-media platforms;Western countries’ cultivation of network opinion leaders to mislead the direction of online public opinion.Finally,countermeasures for strengthening China’s network ideological leadership in the era of self-media are proposed.Specifically: first,to maintain the dominant position of mainstream ideology in cyberspace;second,to lead the healthy development of self-media platforms;third,to enhance China’s network technology strength;and fourth,to improve the Party’s control of online public opinion.Self-media is developing rapidly with an unstoppable trend,and the pattern of China’s ideological work has been transformed.To do a good job in ideological work,we must pay attention to network ideological security and strengthen the construction of network ideological leadership,which is an important issue in the system project of China’s overall ideological security and the construction of the Party’s ideological leadership,and there is a long way to go. |
