Study On The Path Of Human Rights Protection Of Ethnic Minorities In Xinjiang Under The Perspective Of Common Prosperity

Since the founding of New China,the human rights of minority groups in Xinjiang have progressed comprehensively and common prosperity has been promoted.Based on the intrinsic coupling between common prosperity and human rights of ethnic minorities,it is particularly important to study the development of human rights of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and their trends in the context of common prosperity.By analyzing the special characteristics of human rights of minority groups in Xinjiang and the new connotation of common prosperity,we explore the development trend and direction of human rights of minority groups in Xinjiang in the context of common prosperity,which is conducive to promoting the development and progress of human rights of minority groups in Xinjiang and the further realization of common prosperity.This paper uses literature analysis,survey research and interdisciplinary research to identify the main contents of the contemporary Chinese view of human rights and the new contemporary connotation of common prosperity,and analyzes them in general to summarize and sort out the achievements of human rights of minority groups in Xinjiang.The achievements of human rights of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang are summarized.The main content of human rights of Xinjiang’s ethnic minorities in the context of common prosperity is identified,and it is clear that common prosperity is the direction of human rights of Xinjiang’s ethnic minorities in practice,and then five basic principles are proposed for the development of human rights of Xinjiang’s ethnic minorities in the context of common prosperity.It also proposes the paths for the development of the human rights cause of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang under the perspective of common prosperity,through optimizing and innovating the way of economic support for ethnic regions,consolidating the awareness and path of political participation,deepening the degree of sharing the fruits of cultural and educational development,and consolidating the foundation of the right to freedom of religious belief,in order to achieve the purpose of guaranteeing the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minority people in Xinjiang and providing favorable conditions for maintaining long-term social stability.
