With the progress of The Times,the government as a key force to promote economic and social development,its importance has become increasingly prominent.In recent years,the Party and the state actively promote the improvement of the work efficiency of administrative organs.Performance management has become an important direction of the transformation and reform of government functions in the new era.In recent years,Chinese government departments gradually began to pay attention to the specific implementation model of performance management.It undertakes the glorious mission of adjusting the allocation of resources,serving the people and the society.Promoting and implementing efficient performance management system has become an important act for government departments,especially grassroots tax departments,to improve service quality and work efficiency.As a grass-roots tax department of F County tax bureau,performance management has become a relatively important part.As a powerful tool to improve work efficiency and accelerate the completion of key tasks,the performance management model is relatively mature and can be accepted by most tax personnel.This paper is based on the theory of performance objective management,high-performance system work theory and incentive theory.This paper analyzes the basic status quo and operation of the performance management of F County tax Bureau by means of literature research,interviews,investigation and analysis,and points out that the existing problems of the performance management of F County Tax Bureau mainly include the setting of performance indicators is not scientific enough,the management efficiency is low,the appraisal system is not perfect and so on.The paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of creative spirit in the production of indicators,the lack of attention in the evaluation process,the unsatisfactory application effect,and too little communication.In addition,it puts forward several suggestions by learning and drawing on the good ideas of performance management at home and abroad.First,establish an efficient team and promote the development of performance culture;second,improve the thinking of performance management and focus on the tax core;third,formulate performance indicators reasonably.And improve the ability to make indicators,fourth,strengthen the examination and supervision,cause the degree of attention,fifth,strengthen the level of information,improve the management...
