| Public institutions are social organizations with distinctive Chinese characteristics,organized by the Party and the state as the main body,with the main purpose of providing public welfare services.They play an important role in serving economic construction,ensuring the operation of organs,improving people’s lives,and promoting social development.However,in the face of work pressure,interpersonal communication,social supervision and other aspects of problems,employees are easy to produce burnout psychology,which requires us to pay attention to and analyze the problem of job burnout of employees in public institutions,and give corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,so as to reduce the sense of job burnout of employees,and better contribute to the economic and social development.This paper takes the employees of institutions directly under Shanxi Province as the survey sample,collects data through anonymous answers,and takes the work requirement-resource model,two-factor theory,role theory and motivation theory as the theoretical basis.On the premise of consulting a large number of data and summarizing relevant research,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 118 employees in institutions directly under Shanxi Province.The results show that job burnout is widespread among employees in institutions directly under Shanxi Province,It belongs to the upper middle level.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the job burnout of the respondents,the reasons for the job burnout of the employees of the provincial public institutions are concluded: the reasons for job burnout include the lack of challenging work repetition,the loose working atmosphere,the high social supervision pressure,the high work intensity and frequent overtime.The personal reasons include four aspects: the poor way of self-improvement and development,the lack of training opportunities to meet the needs of self-improvement,the low matching degree of professional knowledge structure and work content,and the unclear personal career planning and development direction.According to the analysis results,the countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of employees in provincial institutions are put forward from three aspects: solving the obstacles in work from various aspects,improving the relevant systems to stimulate the internal motivation of employees,and improving the work quality of employees in multiple ways.The obstacles in the work should be solved in many ways,including strengthening psychological guidance and improving the working atmosphere to ensure the physical and mental health of employees,doing a good job in service and information disclosure to reduce the pressure of public supervision,reasonably arranging various work and improving the software and hardware conditions to improve work efficiency.Improving relevant systems to stimulate the internal motivation of employees includes: improving the performance appraisal and job promotion system,and optimizing the employee training system.To improve the work quality of employees in multiple ways includes: constantly improving the knowledge structure to improve the matching degree with work,establishing a correct career outlook and making career planning. |
