Research On Post Competency Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of "Understanding Agriculture And Love Village And Farmer" Village Workers

The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,Agriculture,rural areas and farmers work team is the first driving force,but also the party’s agriculture and rural areas and farmers work cause foundation and support.At present,understanding agriculture and love village and farmer has become the basic requirement of the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to the Agriculture,rural areas and farmers work team.All over the country are actively exploring the construction of understanding agriculture and love village and farmer’s team in rural areas.Since August 2018,Fuzhou has openly recruited thousands of the village workers of understanding agriculture and love village and farmer with both political integrity and ability to further optimize the structure of village level cadres,improve the overall quality,accelerate the pace of economic and social development in rural areas,and realize the revitalization and development of rural areas.At this stage,although a series of theoretical ideas put forward by the Party Central Committee provide important theoretical support for the construction of rural understanding agriculture and love village and farmer’s team,because the practice time of rural understanding agriculture and love village and farmer’s team construction is still short,whether the professional quality and professional level of rural understanding agriculture and love village and farmer ’ s team cadres can effectively solve the current problems of agriculture and rural and farmers;is particularly important.Through the investigation,analysis and Research on the theoretical research and practical status quo of agriculture and rural and farmers workers’ quality from the perspective of competency model at home and abroad,and the investigation and Research on the status quo of rural understanding agriculture and love village and farmer workers in Jin’an District of Fuzhou City,this paper actively explores the construction of understanding agriculture and love village and farmer village workers’ post competency quality model.The model includes three levels of indicators,The model includes three levels of dimensions,the first level of which is explicit quality and implicit quality.The secondary indicators include motivation,trait,self-concept,social role,skill and knowledge.The three-level indicators have 24 dimensions,which are rural governance ability,getting rich,implementation ability,modern agricultural knowledge,public management knowledge,agricultural related policy information,innovation awareness,rural ecological protection ability,team awareness,affinity,rural cultural inheritance ability,rural social service ability,service awareness,poverty alleviation,communication and coordination ability,adaptability Sense of responsibility,integrity,sense of achievement,work identity,rural planning ability,organization and management ability,learning ability,integrity and self-discipline,etc.On this basis,this paper discusses the ways and methods of competency development of understanding agriculture and love village and farmer village workers based on competency model,in order to have a certain reference value for the establishment of scientific,standardized and practical employment standards,education and training and incentive mechanism.
