Study On Village Autonomy Of Collective Economic Organizations In Y Village,B District,Guangzhou

With China’s increasingly rapid development,in order to meet the needs of the development of the times,China has also undergone some changes in rural grass-roots governance,especially in economically developed areas,there have been reforms in grass-roots governance such as removing towns and setting up streets.With the removal of towns and the establishment of streets,the villagers’ committees at the administrative village level have changed into economic cooperatives,and the production cooperatives in the natural villages under the administrative village have changed into economic cooperatives.Economic cooperatives and economic cooperatives are collectively referred to as "village collective economic organizations".Therefore,in the village community autonomy,the economic union and economic cooperatives carry out village community autonomy at the village and community levels respectively.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the current situation,existing problems,causes and Countermeasures of collective economic organizations in Y village,District B,Guangzhou.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction of this paper,which introduces the research background and puts forward the research problems,introduces the current academic scholars’ research on village community(villagers)autonomy,defines the relevant concepts,and puts forward the research methods and research ideas.The second part introduces the current situation of village autonomy of collective economic organization in Y village of district B.The third part introduces the problems existing in the village community autonomy of Y village collective economic organization in District B.The fourth part introduces the reasons for the problems of village community autonomy of collective economic organization in Y village of district B.The fifth part puts forward the Countermeasures for the problems existing in the village community autonomy of Y village collective economic organization in District B.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper.From the perspective of self-management,self-education and self-service,this paper mainly focuses on the current situation,existing problems and causes of the autonomy basis,autonomy subject,democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision of the collective economic organization of Y village at the present stage,This paper tries to find the countermeasures to solve the problems and the future development trend of Y village collective economic organization’s village community autonomy by discussing the relevant problems of Y village collective economic organization’s village community autonomy in District B of Guangzhou and analyzing the causes of the problems,combined with the reality and reality.
