Research On The Problem Of Chaos Control Of Live Broadcast With Goods

In the era of the digital economy,as a strong practitioner of the industrial Internet,the live streaming industry has become one of the most popular tracks at present.Its rise has not only brought huge benefits to merchants and made the shopping process of consumers more convenient,but also It has played an active role in promoting employment,expanding domestic demand,boosting the economy,and tackling poverty.However,with the rapid development of the industry,the chaos of live delivery of goods is gradually exposed.The difference between live broadcast and delivery of goods and traditional e-commerce and offline physical stores has brought new challenges to the regulatory authorities.Research is urgent.This paper focuses on the chaos control of live streaming,using interview methods and case analysis methods to conduct research.The research finds that there are current chaos problems such as exaggerated propaganda,traffic brushing,and difficulty in safeguarding rights.In the chaos management,there are multiple collaborative governance that have not been realized.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from the three aspects of government supervision,platform management and social supervision,and specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in combination with the theory of collaborative governance.This paper believes that a multi-coordinated governance system should be built with the government as the lead,the live streaming platform as the main executor,and the active participation of social forces,so as to relieve the pressure of the government’s single governance,and the multi-government subjects cooperate with each other to jointly assume the responsibility of governing public affairs..First,improve the coordination mechanism,strengthen the construction of talent teams,improve supervision technology,and improve laws and regulations;second,consolidate platform responsibilities,highlight platform autonomy,and improve access thresholds;finally,strengthen the construction of industry associations,improve rights protection channels,and reduce rights protection costs.Finally,through the effective coordination of multiple governance entities,the entire live broadcast delivery industry will develop in a healthy and sustainable direction.
