Under the background of “internet plus”,the greatest advantage of household guided by the construction of service-oriented government and aimed at people’s needs.At the same time,with the development of current household registration management mode and perfect service mechanism,its own disadvantages will become more and more obvious,which will lead to great challenges for the future household registration management.,the working methods and ideas of household registration management staff not only need to be adjusted with the development,but also need to be reformed through the network platform and other social organizations.The working mode of household registration management itself must also be reformed,from “information runs more errands,people run less errands” to “information runs more errands,people don’t run errands”.From the internet service system registered on mobile phones to online identity verification,every process reflects the relationship between government departments and various social organizations.In this paper,the working mode of “internet plus Household Registration Management” in Chongqing is selected as the research object,and through in-depth investigation,a questionnaire survey among the masses and interviews with some household registration management workers,the real situation of the survey response is grasped through data analysis.Through a large number of literature collection and analysis,field investigation and statistical data judgment,this paper analyzes the current situation of household registration management in Chongqing under the background of “internet plus”.Firstly,it summarizes the main measures and achievements of household registration management in Chongqing,imperfect construction of online service platform,low degree of information,insufficient data sharing and opening,inconsistent service standards,low level of online service.Through the research of the problems,the deep-seated reasons are summarized as follows: the application awareness and concept of “internet plus” have not been updated,the supporting environment related to information construction is insufficient,the information coordination and sharing mechanism is lacking,the system platforms lack interconnection and interoperability,and the efficient supervision process is lacking. corresponding optimization path is put forward for the current household registration management in Chongqing: First,build a high-quality household registration management team.The second is to improve the relevant mechanism of household registration management under the background of “internet plus”.The third is to strengthen departmental collaboration and improve data sharing.Fourthly,improve the comprehensive guarantee level of “household registration management in internet plus”.Through the above measures,we hope to speed up the work of “internet plus household registration management” in Chongqing,improve the government service ability,and make all kinds of measures in the field of household registration management government affairs benefit the masses. |
