Study On Problems And Coutermeasures Of Old-age Service For Parents Who Have Lost Their Only Child In X District Of Chongqing

China’s family planning policy has played a great role in China’s economic development for last 30 years.However,with the development of the times,the historical problems left by this policy are worthy of people’s deep thought.For example,in recent years,the problem of support for the parents who have lost their only child has received extensive attention.Parents who have lost their only child gradually enter their old age,and many elderly people who have lost their only child without pension security can only solve their own pension problems through government.How the government establishes a systematic and comprehensive pension service mechanism for the parents who have lost their only child is the key to be solved urgently at present.This paper mainly takes the parents who have lost their only child in District X of Chongqing as the research object.Taking the government-led provision of pension services for the parents who have lost their only child as the starting point,summarized the current situation of parents who have lost their only child in District X of Chongqing through investigation and analysis,put forward the existing problems of parents who have lost their only child in District X of Chongqing and analyzed the causes of the problems through the application of theories.Finally,according to the actual situation of X District of Chongqing,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the old-age service system for parents who have lost their only child in District X of Chongqing.Chapter 1 this paper introduces the research status of parents who have lost their only child at home and abroad,and provides relevant basis for this research.Then,it introduces the research contents and methods,including literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey.Chapter 2 introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,related concepts including parents who have lost their only child,elderly care services,elderly care security.Related theoretical basis including responsible government theory,social support theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and new public service theory,as the theoretical basis of this paper.Chapter 3 introduces the present situation of the old-age care service for the parents who have lost their only child in X District of Chongqing from three aspects: the main methods of the old-age care service,the policy support of the old-age care service and the related guarantee of the old-age care service.Chapter 4 Through the relevant questionnaire survey and case analysis method,it is found that the main problems of the old-age care service for parents who have lost their only child in District X of Chongqing are concentrated on the following four aspects: lack of special policies,insufficient service funds,ineffective implementation of existing policies and insufficient psychological assistance.Chapter 5 according to the question raised,analysis and problem solving ideas,Through the analysis of the specific reasons,it mainly includes insufficient attention of local government departments,insufficient financial input,imperfect policy system and lack of attention to psychological assistance.Finally,according to the discussion of the full text,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the old-age service for parents who have lost their only child.First,improve the government departments’ emphasis on the old-age care for parents who have lost their only child.Second,increase government financial input and set up special funds.Including two aspect s: increasing capital investment and guiding social capital injection;Third,improve the old-age service system for the parents who have lost their only child,mainly including three aspects:perfecting relevant policy paper,perfecting the old-age security mechanism and establishing a special assistance system;Fourthly,establish a mental counseling mechanism.It mainly includes three aspects: building a professional team for spiritual guidance,advocating coordination and mutual assistance and setting up a communication platform.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the improvement of the old-age service for parents who have lost their only child in X District of Chongqing,and also provide some reference for the research on improving the old-age service for parents who have lost their only child in other areas.
