| The training and selection of outstanding young cadres is a major event,which is related to the fate of the party,the fate of the country,the fate of the nation and the well-being of the people.In recent years,the younger trend of China’s cadre team has gradually become prominent,especially in high cutting-edge professional posts and township grass-roots leadership posts.However,the frequent corruption of young cadres has aroused concern.In order to prevent young cadres from falling into the wrong path and build a clean and positive team of high-quality young cadres,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the corruption of young cadres.In view of this,this paper takes the sacked young cadres as the research object,and hopes to make a modest contribution to the national anti-corruption cause through this research.On the one hand,this paper sorts out 125 cases of corruption of young cadres.On the other hand,through careful analysis of relevant cases,this paper summarizes the new characteristics of young cadres corruption.In combination with the important exposition of the general secretary on promoting anti-corruption,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent young cadres from going to corruption,From the perspectives of "no corruption" and "no corruption".Specifically,this paper studies from the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance of this paper and the literature review,which combs the research on the connotation of corruption at home and abroad,the causes of corruption,the Countermeasures of corruption governance,and the special research on the corruption of young cadres.Through the above literature review,this paper can absorb the wisdom of predecessors and make a new analysis on the shoulders of predecessors.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis.The definition of concept is the logical starting point of this paper.The vague concept directly leads to the dilemma of ambiguity in relevant research.The theoretical basis is not only the theoretical premise to guide the research of this paper,but also the logical tool to analyze relevant cases.The third part is the basic situation of corruption cases and the analysis of the corruption characteristics of young cadres.In addition to some common characteristics,the corruption of young cadres has many unique features.Only by deeply exploring the corruption characteristics of young cadres can we carry out more accurate cause analysis and countermeasure analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of corruption of young cadres.The reason why some young cadres become corrupt is mainly due to the imperfect system and mechanism,which leads them to "want to corrupt","be able to corrupt" and "dare to corrupt".At the level of "thinking of corruption",there are not only the problems that young cadres have not firm ideals and beliefs and have a bad style of work,which is difficult to support them to maintain integrity forever,but also the reasons why external hunters use clever means to lure young cadres.At the level of "corruption",the exercise of power is lack of standardization,the operation of power is lack of supervision,and the yaw of power is lack of control,resulting in young cadres can find opportunities for corruption.The fifth part is the Governance Countermeasures of young cadres’ corruption.It mainly puts forward countermeasures one by one according to the causes of young cadres’ corruption.For example,we should make young cadres "do not want to corrupt" through measures such as ideological education optimization,make young cadres "not corrupt" through the construction of a more perfect supervision system,and make young cadres "dare not corrupt" through the construction of a more deterrent punishment system.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.Mainly on the basis of summarizing the ideas and framework of the full text,draw relevant conclusions and look forward to the future. |
