Study On The Rule Of Law Management Of International Students In China

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic strength and education level,China has become a major destination for international students from developing countries,and international students have become an important part of China’s higher education.Under the background of the establishment of National Immigration Administration,it is imperative to promote the legalization of international student management in Chinese universities.The research Angle selected in this paper focuses on exploring a law-based management mode for overseas students in China,so as to effectively regulate their residence,life,words and deeds,education,etc.,reduce the disorder of overseas students in China and eliminate the negative social influence.Through literature analysis method,descriptive statistics method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods,this paper mainly studies the factors that influence the characteristics of overseas students in China in the case of violation of discipline,illegal law and social negative influence.Collect and sort out the laws and policies related to the management of international students,and analyze the legal vacancy existing in the current management combined with the reality.And the contradictions and problems existing in the administrative organs and division of responsibilities of international students in China,the passive state of international students management and its causes.By observing the trend of current international immigration policies,international students,as an important part of high-quality immigrants,should improve the management system on the one hand and strengthen the attraction on the other hand.Explore the policy environment and open still wider to the outside world and international standards appropriate to the mode,the main building for bidirectional balance of management and service mode,highlighting standardization and humanization,both fairness and efficiency,how to attract talents,cultivating talents and retain talents play a more important role,in order to enhance foreign high-quality talent into the effectiveness of its technological and cultural power.
