| Safety management is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s long-term stability,and whether the safety red line is firmly established is directly related to the sustainable development trend of the enterprise.In particular,the Safety Production Law specifies that the main person in charge of the production and operation unit is the first person responsible for the safety production of the unit.This shows the importance and importance of safety management.The particularity of the chemical industry and its production determines that the safety management of chemical construction is different from that of other construction projects.Chemical relocation projects are different in chemical construction.For example,aging of equipment,pipelines and other parts,and potential safety hazards left over from production all require special treatment for their safety management,focusing on analysis and accurate management.According to the "Fourteenth Five Year" Development Plan of Chemical Industry Construction Industry(2021-2025),which points out that the participation of engineering construction and integration of industry,university and research is not enough,this paper focuses on the theoretical model and results,combined with the unique characteristics of chemical construction projects,in-depth analysis of the actual situation,and application to the safety management of chemical relocation construction projects studied in this paper.Based on the research results of chemical construction safety risk assessment at home and abroad,this paper determines the research direction,and puts forward an in-depth study on the central issue of how to conduct safety management for the Hongsifang Relocation Project in Hunan.By using HFACS model to identify the key and difficult points of safety management,based on theoretical analysis and combined with the opinions of experts participating in the project construction,18 secondary indicators are obtained.The second level evaluation index system of Hunan Hongsifang Relocation Project is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the proportion of risk indexes at all levels is calculated for the 18 indicators;Establish a membership function model to evaluate the construction safety of the relocation project.Based on the premise and results of unsafe behaviors,determine the research direction and propose measures to improve the safety management of the relocation project in Hongsifang,Hunan.The chemical industry relocation project is a project with high risks,so it is of practical significance to carry out risk management on it.Chemical engineering construction is an important project that benefits the country and the people.Therefore,the quality and safety of chemical engineering construction must be fully guaranteed,which requires good supervision and management in the process of engineering construction.However,from the current situation,there are still some problems in the traditional supervision and management work,which cannot fully ensure the quality and safety of chemical project construction,and the innovation of supervision and management work is imperative.Chemical construction project is a project with high risk,so it is of practical significance to carry out risk management for it.The method of risk assessment in this paper can provide reference for other chemical engineering managers to understand,analyze and deal with chemical construction safety risks. |
