The Research Of Intelligent Government Management In The Industrial Park

Industrial Park is a sketch of urban development.According to statistics,by the first half of 2021,only 399 industrial parks had contributed one-fifth of China’s GDP,two-fifths of exports and one-quarter of taxes.Under the impact of the double background of "COVID-19" and "reverse globalization",the industrial park is facing unprecedented new challenges,and it needs more active planning to achieve higher quality and more sustainable development.Deeply plough the future,and make vigorous efforts in the cross integration of multi-disciplinary,multi technology and multi fields.In the context of the national big data strategy,the innovation trend is more obvious.Introduce the technology related to industry 4.0,promote the application of big data in industrial parks,form a new growth point and development momentum of ’industrial parks & intelligence & management’,and integrate intelligence into the development and management of the Park.It has become an important symbol of soft power and competitiveness at the regional and even national level,which is mainly reflected in the infrastructure and security of the park,Not only enhance the comprehensive attraction of the industrial park,but also consolidate the foundation for the development of strategic emerging industries,and constantly promote the economic and social development towards high-quality development.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of intelligent industrial parks.Secondly,it makes an overall analysis of intelligent governance of industrial parks,and expounds in detail the governance subjects,governance methods,governance characteristics and governance elements of intelligent industrial parks.At the same time,collect and list the main problems and reasons existing in the current intelligent governance of the industrial park,and get profound enlightenment through in-depth analysis of the problems in the intelligent governance and the empirical practices and effectiveness analysis of relevant governance optimization in combination with the intelligent background,problem analysis and governance optimization analysis of the Road and Bridge Economic Development Zone.In addition,combined with the practical exploration of domestic typical industrial park intelligent governance,and through comparative analysis,this paper puts forward the governance contents and highlights in the current governance process,so as to explore the Optimization Countermeasures of Industrial Park intelligent governance under the new era and new situation.Finally,according to the three dimensions of governance subject,governance content and governance mode,this paper puts forward some suggestions,in order to contribute to the smooth development of Industrial Park intelligent construction.
