Viewed from the background of the times,the procuratorial work,as an important part of the national performance of judicial functions,is related to the long-term maintenance of national political security and the stable guarantee of social harmony.The development of procuratorial work bears extremely important political and legal responsibilities in promoting the modernization of national governance system and Governance capacity.This paper aims to explore the process of the rule of law in China,and under the background of the four procuratorial ten businesses,take the report of procurators under the model procurator section of Justice Network(formerly known as the online edition of procuratorial daily)as the research goal,and analyze the text construction of the procurator shaped in a diversified way,so as to judge whether the image construction of prosecutors by the party newspaper media reflects the basic policy of people’s procuratorial for the people,reveal the construction elements and change characteristics of the image of prosecutors under the document instruction spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the research object in the era of rule of law,and explore the relationship between individual and group prosecutors and judicial justice.It comes to the conclusion that whether the image shaping of prosecutors promotes people’s justice and social equity,and whether it promotes the process of rule of law in China.Today,with the rapid development of communication technology,the group of prosecutors has changed from a busy figure behind the scenes to a service image of actively going out.The media construction of the image of prosecutors is of great significance to the construction of today’s legal society.The first is reflected in the strong representativeness of the procurator image for the national judicial justice in the media construction.The second is the narrative selectivity of the mainstream media for the reporting subject in the image construction,which has played a positive cycle for the national judicial justice image construction.Combing the stylistic text of Procurator’s character report of Justice Network of procuratorial daily reveals the changes of character construction,data labels and distinctive personality characteristics,which can continuously enrich and enrich the article report research on
