Construction And Application Of W Prison Enterprise Performance Evaluation System Based On Balanced Scorecard Theory

The reform of prison system has been carried out in an all-round way in China,and the prison has basically separated from its enterprises.However,as far as each prison enterprise is concerned,there are still many prison enterprises that have not kept up with the process of social development in terms of operation and management ideas and models,resulting in difficulties in production and operation.The performance evaluation system can effectively improve the level of enterprises,but there is no in-depth research on the performance evaluation system of prison enterprises at home and abroad,and a perfect system has not been formed.By referring to the relevant contents of performance evaluation of general enterprises at home and abroad,focusing on the commonality and particularity of prison enterprises and general enterprises,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,analytic hierarchy process and case study,constructs the performance evaluation system of W prison enterprises based on the Balanced Scorecard and applies it to practical work.Firstly,starting from the actual situation,this paper discusses the research background and significance of this subject,the relevant research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,as well as the research content,ideas and methods of this subject,and analyzes the relevant theories of prison enterprise performance evaluation system,including the necessity and constituent elements of construction.Then it expounds the construction of the performance evaluation system of prison enterprises,analyzes the problems and causes of the current domestic prison enterprise performance evaluation system,constructs the evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard,screens the indicators according to the principles of scientificity and comprehensiveness,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight.Then the constructed performance evaluation system is applied to w prison enterprise to evaluate the performance of W prison enterprise and give corresponding analysis and suggestions.Finally,for the research results and prospects,this paper introduces the application scope,characteristics,theoretical and social dual value,and summarizes the deficiencies in the research and the direction of further improvement.The performance evaluation system of prison enterprises constructed in this paper starts from the actual problems of prison enterprises,fully considers the special nature of prison enterprises,and adds non-financial indicators when constructing the system,which can more comprehensively evaluate the performance of prison enterprises,and can help prison enterprises make new achievements in education and transformation and make a breakthrough in enterprise management to a great extent;At the same time,it also broadens the research and application scope of performance evaluation.
