The community drug rehabilitation model is now an important part of my country ’ s drug detoxification program.Compared with the earliest re-education through labor and the later compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation,the advantage of community drug rehabilitation is higher freedom,and drug addicts are more likely to come into contact with society in the community drug rehabilitation model.The purpose of drug rehabilitation is not just to stay away from drugs,but more importantly,to return to society and live a normal life.and develop and improve community drug rehabilitation models in favor of drug rehabilitation in my country.However,the development of drug rehabilitation in communities in our country is in its infancy,and many systems and regulations are not yet fully developed,making it difficult to implement them.This article studies the ecological system theory,label theory,etc.as the theoretical perspective,using the questionnaire survey method,around the factors encountered in the community drug rehabilitation work,from the individual,family,society,government and other levels to explore government policies on drug abusers participating in community drug rehabilitation The impact of personal wishes,community drug rehabilitation requires joint efforts in many aspects,such as individual drug addicts,the family of drug addicts,the public,government measures,etc.,among which the personal wishes of drug addicts determine the effectiveness of drug rehabilitation,so this article proposes hypotheses to explore the impact of government policies Whether there is any impact on improving the personal willingness of drug addicts.The study found that the government’s formulation of safeguard policies has a significant positive impact on increasing the willingness of drug addicts to participate in community drug rehabilitation.The government ’ s efforts to popularize knowledge have a significant positive impact on increasing the willingness of drug addicts to participate in community drug rehabilitation.Through the government’s improvements to the community drug rehabilitation system,the willingness of drug rehabilitation personnel to participate in community drug rehabilitation centers will also be positively affected.Based on the conclusions,further countermeasures and suggestions for improving the personal willingness of drug addicts through government policies are put forward: First,the government must introduce relevant safeguards,employment,life,psychological counseling,etc.,to provide the most basic living security for drug addicts,and help drug addicts to exert their subjective initiative Enhance the willingness of drug addicts to give up;secondly,the government has increased the publicity of drug addicts in the community,publicized relevant policies and measures to drug addicts,encouraged family members to provide help and support to drug addicts,and changed the public’s prejudice and discrimination against drug addicts through publicity,and encouraged more Volunteers join the community drug rehabilitation work,so that drug rehabilitation personnel feel the care from all groups in society;finally,the government should improve the community drug rehabilitation system,coordinate multi-departmental joint work,build a more professional workforce,and provide funding and policies Support and strengthen the daily management and control of community drug rehabilitation personnel.
