A Study On The Influence Of Addiction Motivation On Relapse Tendency

Under the influence of the high relapse rate of drug addicts,how to help drug addicts return to their families and integrate into the society after their detoxification,and no longer relapse,has become an issue constantly discussed in the social work of detoxification.Domestic and foreign scholars have found that the motivation of drug abstention is considered to be the effective factors affecting relapse and improve the effect of detoxification.Besides,the self-efficacy of drug abstinence on relapsing tendency of drug abusers has negative prediction effect.But there is lack of research to the relationship among motivation of drug abstention,self-efficacy of drug and relapse tendency.Therefore,this study took self-efficacy of drug abstinence as the intervening variable,trying to verify the mediating role of self-efficacy of drug abstinence in motivation of drug abstention and relapse tendency.To supplement the theory and application of specific influencing mechanism of motivation of drug abstention on relapse tendency.The research uses quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods.This study used the stages of change readiness and treatment eagerness scale,self-efficacy list for drug users and relapse tendency scale as the research tool.A sample of 166 drug abusers at SZ Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center was surveyed and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to draw the following conclusions:(1)There was a significant negative correlation between motivation of drug abstention and relapse tendency;(2)There was a significant positive correlation between motivation of drug abstention and self-efficacy of drug abstinence;(3)There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy of drug abstinence and relapse tendency;(4)The self-efficacy of drug abstinence plays a part of mediating role in the influence of motivation of drug on relapse tendency.After the above data analysis results are obtained,taking the Self-efficacy of drug abstinence education group of SZ Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center as an example,through the intervention of Self-efficacy of drug abstinence,which is contained three aspects: high risk relapse environmental factors,positive emotions and negative emotions.Combined with the test data before and after analysis,it is concluded that the intervention of group work can help drug abusers to enhance their motivation of drug abstention,improving the self-efficacy of drug abstinence and reduce the tendency to relapse.
