Research On My Country’s Network Ideology Security Under The Background Of Algorithm Recommendation

With the rapid development of big data and Internet technology,algorithm recommendation has became one of the important technologies for a country to spread ideology.Its application realizes the bright vision of personalized and accurate information push,which brings certain opportunities to promote the dissemination of my country’s mainstream ideology on the Internet,but it also brings serious challenges to the security of our country’s network ideology.And the network ideology,as the concrete embodiment of my country’s ideology in the cyberspace,plays an important role in the development of all aspects of our society.Therefore,it is of great significance to correctly understand the algorithm recommendation technology and view the relationship between itself and network ideological security dialectically for the dissemination of mainstream ideology and the maintenance of network ideological security in our country.Based on the existing research results of Chinese and foreign scholars,this thesis systematically expounds the meaning of algorithm and algorithm recommendation,and the meaning of algorithm recommendation by means of literature analysis,systematic research,and multidisciplinary research.At the same time,this thesis expounds the types and characteristics,related concepts of ideology and network ideology,ideology security and network ideology security.In addition,it put forward the importance of maintaining my country’s network ideology security in the context of current algorithm recommendation.Then the thesis points out that algorithm recommendation has the characteristics of accuracy of information distribution,relevance of user data,and efficiency of data processing,which can enhance the effectiveness of mainstream ideological dissemination on the Internet,improve the breadth of mainstream ideological dissemination on the Internet,and ensure timely network ideological security governance.But the algorithm recommendation technology has disadvantages such as the concealment of the operation process,the lack of information gatekeeping,the homogeneity of the recommended content,and the ineffectiveness of value judgment,which aggravate the difficulty of online ideological supervision,weaken the discourse power of mainstream ideology on the Internet,deconstructs the mainstream ideological identity on the Internet,and interferes with the Internet ideological security governance.However,There are many reasons why the algorithm recommendation technology brings challenges to our country’s network ideological security,including the government’s lack of effective algorithm recommendation supervision measures,the platform’s lack of responsibility awareness of information gatekeeping,the users’ lack of correct algorithm recommendation cognition and the algorithm’s technical drawbacks.Therefore,in order to effectively deal with the various challenges brought by algorithm recommendation to our country’s network ideology security,it is necessary to put forward suggestions for our country’s network awareness security governance work.For example: supervising algorithm recommendation technology to standard the recommended content;verifying network medias’ responsibility to help them guide and check correctly;improving users’ algorithm awareness to strengthen their mainstream awareness,optimizing the algorithm recommendation technology to increase the push of mainstream ideology.
