In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy,China’s education is also developing at a high speed,and the achievements of education are remarkable.However,in the process of rapid development,the risk of incorruptibility in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly steep.Corruption cases such as violations of laws and disciplines frequently become a high incidence area of corruption,involving a wide range of fields,frequently involving infrastructure projects,scientific research management,financial management,goods and services procurement and other aspects.The effectiveness of internal control in colleges and universities has been tested and questioned by many parties.At the same time,it also increases the corruption risk and rectification risk in the process of operation in colleges and universities.The failure of internal control to play an effective role has led to the loss of state-owned property and the breeding of corruption,which has had an extremely bad impact on the development of education,political ecology and scientific research in colleges and universities.Therefore,it has become a realistic and urgent problem to establish and improve the construction of internal control in colleges and universities and apply internal control to practical management so that it can effectively prevent and rectify the breeding of corruption.After introducing the background and significance of the topic,this paper expounds the concepts of internal control and corruption control in colleges and universities,studies and analyzes the manifestations and impact of corruption caused by the current situation and existing problems of internal control in colleges and universities,mainly from the perspective of the five elements theory of internal control,using the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis in order to study the functionality of internal control and corruption control,and put forward the corresponding strategies and solutions.Q University began to formulate specific measures on the internal control of the University since 2020,but it did not form a complete system,or be effectively implemented in the actual operation,resulting in the breeding of corruption.This paper will take Q University as the research object,explore the existing problems in the current situation of internal control of Q University,combined with corruption cases,then analyze them,and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures according to the problems,hoping to provide reference for the follow-up research on internal control and corruption control of colleges and universities in China.s...
