| Since the poverty alleviation victory,the peasants have been lifted out of absolute poverty,our rural infrastructure has been basically improved,and our work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers has entered a new stage of development.However,in the process of rural revitalization,the contradiction between supply and demand of basic public services in rural areas of our country,also from the foundation is not in place,supply and demand is not fully transformed into a better life for farmers yearning for a higher level of basic public service demand contradictions.In the new era,how to solve the supply problem and explore a new supply model will effectively promote the further implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The main problems of rural supply in Yongjing County,as a key state-level rural revitalization support county,are manifested in a single supply body,low service quality and efficiency,unequal supply,and an unformed regulatory system.In the process of rural revitalization,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a more efficient public service model with multi-supply subjects and coordination among subjects.Based on the reality of Yongjing County,the author puts forward the corresponding optimization path: first,to build a service-oriented government based on the value of rural revitalization.Second,to optimize the supply mechanism of public services,encourage the participation of multiple actors in society,build a diversified supply pattern,and achieve effective supply of public services.Third,strengthening the rule of law in rural basic public services to ensure and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of rural construction by legal means.Fourth,strengthen the construction of talent team,increase the vocational skills training of farmers,to train outstanding village cadres,get rich leader-based rural revitalization of the talent team.Fifth,improve the demand feedback mechanism,the government should take the initiative to solicit the needs of the masses of farmers,timely grasp the demand and demand changes,do a good job in the whole process of dynamic supervision.Our country rural area is broad,the difference degree is high.There is no one-size-fits-all model that can be applied to all rural areas.This article is based on Yongjing County’s reality and provides theoretical guidance on how to optimize Yongjing County’s development.However,with the continuous development of our political economy and the gradual realization of the strategic objectives in the stage of rural revitalization,Yongjing County’s rural public service model will gradually progress. |
