Research On The Integration Of Artificial Intelligence Into Urban Social Governance

With the continuous development and improvement of artificial intelligence,its impact on society is increasing.In view of the excellent governance value of AI,the Party and the country attached great importance to it and wrote AI as an important strategic measure of the country in the report of the 19 th National Congress.Urban social governance is an important part of national governance,and it is the specific implementation of urban regional governance at the spatial level.With the intensification of urbanization,urban social governance has entered the core space of national development,and its importance is growing day by day.AI has infiltrated and promoted the development of various fields of human production and life,gradually affecting the pattern of municipal governance,but also bringing some challenges.This paper is mainly based on the important nodes in the transformation of China’s development mode and social governance mode,and describes the main manifestations,key areas and positive impacts of AI integration into municipal social governance.Taking Taizhou’s "digital society" construction practice as a typical representative under the integration of AI and municipal social governance as an example,this paper summarizes its development status,and from its construction achievements,selects three highly hierarchical applications that belong to the best application in Zhejiang Province,the provincial major application Taizhou pilot project,and the Taizhou characteristic application project to clarify their respective reform needs,system construction,theory,system,and practical achievements.From an overall perspective,this paper analyzes the problems reflected in the construction of Taizhou’s "digital society" and their causes from five aspects: technical talents,docking and implementation,experimental practice,infrastructure construction,and achievements implementation.Try to follow the real work deployment and conform to the local reality.Put forward the idea of "recruiting professional talents,using social forces and other channels to complement talent weaknesses","strengthening the follow-up and docking with superior departments,collaborative departments and the public throughout the chain","focusing on social needs,forming major application achievements and effectively promoting practice","supplementing the natural defects of infrastructure and human responsibility,and improving the practical ability","Making efforts from four aspects of system integration,application promotion,demonstration and guidance,and accelerating the implementation of achievements" and other countermeasures.In this way,we can look forward to the future direction of further integration of artificial intelligence and municipal social governance,and provide reference for the implementation of relevant research and theories,so as to truly promote the fairness,intelligence,refinement and modernization of municipal governance.
