The Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Impact On Uzbekistan’s Development

By studying Uzbekistan’s participation in the SCO,this paper discusses Uzbekistan’s economic and security status in the SCO from three aspects: background of the relationship between Uzbekistan and SCO,the economic and security status of Uzbekistan in the SCO,The special role of the SCO in Uzbekistan.That is to promote the development of relations among the SCO member states in terms of politics,economy,and humanities,and at the same time combat security threats and strengthen the mutual trust among various countries,promote international security development and escort the social and economic development of all countries.The study is devoted to the analysis of the main vectors of economy-security cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO).The author adequately analyzes the motives,initiatives,practical proposals,and prospects of Uzbekistan within the organization.The current position of Uzbekistan in the political,economic,security spheres within the SCO was emphasized.The strategic partnership between the SCO and Uzbekistan,the harmony of interests was also highlighted.Finally,the paper summarizes the purpose and significance of the SCO’s existence in Uzbekistan.The main objectives of the organization are to promote peace and stability in one more context,book the development of terrorism,separatism,extremism and drug trafficking,put forward the establishment of the economic cooperation and energy partnership.The dissertation concluded that the participation in SCO cooperation of the economy-security field has provided the opportunity for Uzbekistan to have a great beneficial influence on domestic and foreign political and economic situations.the most effective ways to solve international security problems are being implemented within the SCO.The organization will be in the resolution of various problems,both regionally and globally,to the extent that the objectives are consolidated and achieved.The scientific and theoretical materials collected in the dissertation can be used as teaching materials,special courses,independent and course work,qualification theses for students in the analysis of the current geopolitical situation in the assessment of the main aspects of the foreign policy of Uzbekistan in the study of the history of modern international relations.This research paper consists of an introduction,four chapters covering sixteen paragraphs,a conclusion,a list of references,and appendix sections.The thesis is divided into 3 parts: Introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,research significance and research object,defines the related concepts,theoretical Framework and combs the literature reviews,research questions and research methods.The second part is the text,the first chapter from the overall theoretical and practical basis for the SCO’s role in Uzbekistan’s development.Especially,from the history of the establishment and development of SCO,the paper introduced the SCO’s important impacts on the Uzbekistan.The third chapter analyzes and evaluates the current situation and achievements of Uzbekistan’s security cooperation with SCO in counter-terrorism and arms control.The RATS(SCO Counter-Terrorism Center in Uzbekistan)was emphasized and highlighted.The fourth chapter summarizes the SCO’s role in Uzbekistan’s economic development,including the long-term prosperity of the entire region,Infrastructure Projects in Uzbekistan,the energy and mining Cooperation between Uzbekand other member countries,the establishment of the free trade area in Uzbekistan.At last,the paper introduced the SCO ’ s influence on Uzbekistan ’ s Economy.The third part is the conclusion,which makes an overall review of the SCO’s impact on the Uzbekistan’s development,both in economy and security area,and holds that the participation in SCO cooperation of the economy-security field has provided Uzbekistn a good opportunity for greater progress in many aspects,which should be cherished greatly and raise to a new developing level.
