Feasibility Analysis And Institutional Framework Of Personal Data Trading

The digital economy has become an important growth point for the economies of countries around the world.As a fundamental resource of the digital economy,data trading is crucial to the development of the digital economy,and as a very valuable part of data,trading of personal data should become the title of the development of the digital economy.Recently,a series of documents issued at the national level have released the signal to promote the flow of data transactions.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of personal data trading,secondly sorts out the existing data trading,data confirmation and other related issues,argues the justification for individuals to enjoy the property interest of personal data trading based on the operation logic of digital economy,and finally proposes the institutional construction of personal data trading,and hopes to promote the standardized development of personal data trading and achieve the balance of interests of data subjects,data processors and the public.
