| With the development of the times and the continuous improvement of the level of network information technology,the main focus of file management has gradually shifted from paper files to electronic files.The old way of archives management is no longer suitable for the rapid development of the new era."If you want to do a good job,you must first use your tools".To do a good job in the construction of file information in the new era,you must innovate the file information management method.Asa northeastern city,the process of archives informatization is developing slowly,and Q City’s archives informatization management has many shortcomings.Taking Q City Archives as an example,this paper analyzes,summarizes and summarizes Q City’s archives informatization management according to the interview results and data collection,and proposes a targeted optimization plan for Q City’s archives informatization management,It has important practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of archives information management,the theory of document life cycle and the theory of document continuum;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of Q city archives informatization management,including the basic situation,basic process and service utilization;Thirdly,through interviews and other methods,this paper studies the problems faced by archival informatization in Q City,and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems;Fourthly,through the comparison and analysis of the excellent experience of domestic and foreign advanced cities in archives information management,some optimization measures suitable for Q city are used for reference.Fifth,the paper puts forward the optimization plan of archives informatization management in Q City,which mainly includes the optimization of system mechanism,talent team,security and confidentiality system,and management service utilization.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of the optimization scheme.The research content of this paper provides a reference for improving the informatization management level of Q city’s archives,hoping to promote the transformation and upgrading of Q city’s archives informatization management,promote the construction of future digital archives,and make the archives information more convenient and efficient. |
