Study On Optimization Of Food Safety Emergency Management In L District Of Qingdao

In recent years,people’s living standards are improving day by day,social development is rapid,and various public crisis events occur frequently,and it is not easy to prevent.Among all kinds of public crisis events,food safety crisis events have high probability and wide impact.Preventing food safety crisis risk events and improving food safety crisis management is both a test and a challenge for the government in the new era,and it is a public governance issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on relevant theories of food safety crisis management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao City by using literature research and questionnaire survey,and proposes a design scheme to optimize food safety crisis management.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign key research results,and expounds the research content and methods of the paper.The second part is the current situation of food safety crisis management in Qingdao L District.Based on relevant concepts of food safety crisis management and crisis management theory,crisis life cycle theory,food safety crisis risk analysis theory,4R crisis management theory,etc.,the current situation of food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao was analyzed.The third part uses questionnaire survey and literature analysis to study the problems of food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao City.Through literature analysis,possible problems of food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao were found out.The recognition degree of food safety Committee cadres for the problems was investigated by means of questionnaire,and the problems with high scores and recognition were selected to focus on the research,in order to understand the main crisis management problems actually faced by L District of Qingdao.Aiming at the problems,the paper puts forward the plan to optimize the food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao as a paving for the next part.The fourth part,on the basis of the research problems,uses the 4R crisis management theory to optimize the food safety crisis management program of Qingdao L District.The fifth part is based on the optimization plan of the previous chapter,and puts forward the safeguard measures needed to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan of crisis management.It includes legal system guarantee,fund relief guarantee,information technology guarantee and organization team guarantee.The study of food safety crisis management in L District of Qingdao can find the deficiencies in food safety crisis management and enrich the theory of food safety crisis management,which is of great significance for the government to explore and establish food safety crisis management in line with the requirements of modern society.
