Research On The Institutionalized Construction Of The Guiding Position Of Marxism In The Field Of Ideology

System construction is fundamental,global,stable and long-term.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the " fundamental system of adhering to the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field "(hereinafter referred to as the fundamental system),which is a milestone in the process of promoting the institutionalization of the guiding position of Marxism and provides an institutional basis for us to adhere to the unitary guiding ideology of Marxism.However,after the establishment of the fundamental system,it is not once and for all.How to make the fundamental system work needs further study.This paper is devoted to exploring how to better adhere to,implement and improve this fundamental system,so as to better play the role of the fundamental system and consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field.This paper first clarifies the concepts of institutionalization and institutionalization of the guiding position of Marxism,indicating that institutionalization is a dynamic process,not only to establish the system but also to improve the system.The first part expounds the significance of the institutionalization of the guiding position of Marxism to the party,the country,the people and the outside world,combs the exploration and practice of Marx,Engels and Lenin on the institutionalization of the guiding ideology,reviews the hundred-year course of the party leading the people to promote the institutionalization of the guiding position of Marxism,summarizes the experience and lessons in this process,excavates the relevant ideological resources,and clarifies the value logic,historical logic and theoretical logic of the institutionalization of the guiding position of Marxism.The second part analyzes the challenges we face in the process of adhering to and consolidating the guiding position of Marxism,and points out the direction for the next step of institutionalized construction.The third part combs the existing rules and regulations.In view of the challenges faced by the guiding position of Marxism,we should improve and improve the system of Marxist learning,research,propaganda,education,responsibility system and other aspects,and strive to build an institutional system to implement the fundamental system.The fourth part establishes and improves the system of key ideological fields such as network,ideology and morality,literature and art,and new technology according to the new changes and new situations in the ideological field,so as to provide comprehensive institutional guarantee for adhering to the guidance of Marxism and improve the level of institutionalization in the ideological field.The fifth part explores how to better run and improve the system.Through the identification,implementation and improvement of the system,the relevant rules and regulations play a role in guiding,restraining and regulating people ’s behavior,and adhering to the guidance of Marxism is implemented to better respond to the new environment,new situation and new challenges.
