Research On The Countermeasures Of Suzhou Park City Construction From The Perspective Of Urban Governance

As a civilized garden city at home and abroad,Suzhou is represented by gardens.In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "Park City",Chengdu takes the lead in creating " Demonstration Area".In order to realize the sustainable development of the city,improve the living environment of Suzhou citizens continuously,it is also imperative to build Suzhou into a "Park City".This is also a practical attempt by Suzhou to actively respond to the "two mountains" theory.In the process of exploring the construction of a park city in Suzhou,the problems in urban governance have gradually become prominent.How to grasp the governance laws and follow the governance principles in the process of urban development,and truly build Suzhou into a livable city with "city in the park" and "scenery everywhere",has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of a park city in Suzhou.This article takes the construction of Suzhou’s park city as the research object,based on urban governance theory,and uses case analysis,literature research,and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the problems encountered in Suzhou’s park city construction.Urban governance is a bottom-up approach to building a full cycle of urban construction from a people-oriented perspective.How to match the urban environment with citizens’aspirations for a better public life will become an important issue in urban governance.The purpose of writing is to increase the temperature of urban governance in the process of building a park city in Suzhou,with the main goal of achieving a sense of happiness and security for the masses in terms of governance.By analyzing the current situation of Suzhou’s construction of a park city,using collaborative governance theory and spatial production theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of Suzhou’s construction of a park city from the dimensions of green ecology,economic development,and cultural promotion.The existing problems in the current situation and reasons are analyzed.The main principle of urban governance is to restore the old as it is,and to restore the new as it is.During the construction process,special attention should be paid to the protection and restoration of classical gardens,highlighting the value of heritage.At the same time,this article draws on successful cases of park city construction both domestically and internationally as a reference for governance experience,learning from their excellent practices,benchmarking and finding differences in planning and design,construction concepts,ecological governance,and other aspects.In the process of urban construction and governance,it proposes strategies such as excavating local resources,improving infrastructure,promoting garden culture,and promoting diversified governance,The ultimate goal of governance is to truly build Suzhou into an ecological city,a garden city,and a livable city,meeting the people’s aspirations for a better life.
